How Target Media collects and uses data from the contact form and website.
This policy explains what data we collect through targetmedia.rs, why, and how long we keep it, in line with the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and the GDPR.

What we collect
- Contact form: name, email, phone, company, service, budget, message and any attachment.
- Technical data: your IP address is used temporarily (up to one hour) to block automated mass submissions.
- Spam protection: if Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, Cloudflare processes technical browser data to check that you are not a bot.
Why we use it
We use form data only to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to two years after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case contractual and accounting retention periods apply.
Cookies
The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies, only technically necessary ones such as the administrator login.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, withdraw consent, and complain to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection. Write to [email protected].
